隔離型壓力變送器主要是針對(duì)特殊的被測量介質(zhì)使用的，即被測介質(zhì)從離開設(shè)備后就會(huì)產(chǎn)生結(jié)晶，而使用普通型變送器就需要取出介質(zhì)，一般就會(huì)將導(dǎo)壓管和膜盒室堵塞使其不能正常工作，所以必須選用隔離型。隔離型通常作成法蘭式安裝，即在被測設(shè)備上開口加法蘭使變送器安裝后它的感應(yīng)膜片是設(shè)備壁的一部分，這樣它不會(huì)取出被測介質(zhì)，一般不會(huì)造成結(jié)晶堵塞。
